Delivery Options
Recognise & Reward partners with CourierPost to guarantee prompt delivery of gifts in the same condition as when they were first dispatched. All deliveries require signatures for that added level of security.
Our courier flat rates are:
- Auckland – $5.00
- Northland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Hawkes Bays – $8.00
- Taranaki, Manawatu, Wellington – $10.00
- South Island – $15.00
- Rural – No additional charges (apart from those above)
Dispatch
Packages are generally dispatched within two days after receipt of payment and are shipped via reliable couriers with tracking and drop-off. For added security and peace of mind, all deliveries requires a signature. Delivery timing will depend on where the package is going. Should you require a more urgent dispatch and delivery, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you at an additional charge.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Fees
Shipping fees include handling, packing and postage fees. To reduce your fees, we recommend grouping your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately so shipping fees will apply to each of them. Shipping boxes are large and your items will be well-protected.
Non delivery
Recognise & Reward cannot deliver to PO Boxes and is not responsible for non-delivery to incorrectly supplied addresses, or for non-delivery due to sites without safe access points.
