Saying ‘Thank You’ isn’t just nice – it’s business critical
Maybe they’re a valued client who’s stuck with your business through thick and thin. Maybe they’re your accountant who has always kept you in the black. Maybe you want to say thanks for a great year. Maybe you just want to say thanks for no particular reason at all.
Or maybe they’ve been a part of your team for 20 years. Maybe they only started six months ago but have already contributed to a significant business development. Maybe they’re about to get married, have their first child or retire.
Whatever the motivation, acknowledging the contribution people make to your business impacts your long-term sustainability. The more you connect on a personal level with your staff, clients and connections, the more appreciated they feel and the more loyal to your business they become.
Recognise & Reward founders Angela Pile and Gary Adam understand the value of long-lasting relationships thanks to their extensive sales and business development management experience. Angela has worked with major local and international companies like L’Oreal, Wella, Estee Lauder, Barfoot & Thompson and DB Breweries, while Gary has worked for both government departments and big-business corporations, with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, BNZ, Ansett New Zealand, Lion Breweries, Mainland Products, Momentum Consulting, and Bell Tea & Coffee Company appearing on his CV.
If these big brands weren’t enough, the pair then went on to establish a Christchurch-based business venture that went from zero in July 2008 to a turnover of almost $3 million in just three years, all the while coping with the Global Financial Crisis and ultimately the Christchurch earthquake which destroyed their showroom and business.
Despite their success, Angela and Gary know they couldn’t have done it without the support of their staff and clients, and they understand that regular touch-points with clients and staff are influential in maintaining and building those relationships.
But Angela and Gary also understand that busy business owners and managers often don’t have time to say thanks or think of an appropriate gift with a personal touch, let alone go out and buy it.
That’s where Recognise & Reward comes in.
The beauty of Recognise & Reward is that just about everything is done for you. You choose the appropriate gift from our extensive Shop and nominate your recipient, then we’ll source it, gift wrap it and deliver it to either you or the recipient directly.
Gifting doesn’t have to be limited to Christmas either. Recognise & Reward gives you the freedom to gift whenever you want to – work anniversaries, Chinese New Year, birthdays, even a ‘thank you’ for signing a financial contract.
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Enquire directly and we’ll find it for you.
Recognise & Reward does the hard work for you. All you’ve got to do is think of the recipient.
